Embroidery is the process of stitching your design directly on to a garment such as polo shirts, t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, caps, beanies, bags and so much more. We use state of the art industrial embroidery machines to ensure the best possible finish.
A well embroidered design creates a professional looking, high quality, long lasting finish and it is actually not as expensive as a lot of people believe it to be. With no minimum order quantities and low setup fees with a quick turnaround time it could be the ideal solution for your requirements.
To help you understand the process a little more here are the steps we take when proceeding with an embroidery order.
To be able to embroider a design or logo we need to first create what is called a DST file. This is a special file format which tells the embroidery machine what it needs to do to produce your design. Believe it or not this file can be made from pretty much any quality of supplied image although the better the original file is the better the end result will be. If you are unsure if your file will be suitable please fill out the form on the contact page and we will be more than happy to advise.
Choosing the right garments is a vital stage in the ordering process. We will always do our best to recommend a product that fits both your requirements and budget. We always try to encourage the use of well made, higher quality, organic cotton garments as they are kinder to the environment, take better to the printing process (giving you the best possible finish), are nicer to wear and generally they will last longer which means less waste!
Once we have received your artwork and selected the garments to be used we will then create you a digital proof so you can visually confirm your happy with the colours, positioning and size of your artwork. We will not proceed with your job until this has been signed off. If required we can also send a photo of a sample stitch out before proceeding to ensure you are 100% happy.
Full payment is taken before production begins, payment can be made by bank transfer or over the phone by card.
A lot of processes go on behind the scenes to ensure we get an end result you will be happy with. We use one of the best digitisers in the industry to create your embroidery file which we then test to ensure it meets our high quality standards. We select the coloured threads to accurately match your supplied artwork and adjust settings and needles on the embroidery machines to recreate your design as best as possible on your selected garments.
As standard all items are individually folded and packed neatly into a box or bag. We do also offer a range of finishing services such as inside neck prints, sewn in tags or hem tags, custom swing tags, individual bagging (with or without sizing labels).
Once completed we will contact you to let you know your order is complete. Depend on location we can drop it to you personally, you can collect it from us or we can ship it with a courier. We are confident you will be happy with your goods but if for any reason you are not please let us know so we can rectify any issues for you.
